Dizziness indicates a lack of orientation in life. You are not sure of yourself and your direction so you are going around in circles. You need to take time for yourself to become centred and clear on your direction before you move forward.
A headache is a sign that the mind has overrun the body through forceful thought and impatience. As a result, you are feeling pressure from yourself because your thoughts are not in alignment with how you feel. You need to change your approach by allowing yourself to feel first, then act with your heart and mind aligned.
Memory loss is a sign that you are losing your desire to stay engaged with life and be inspired by new experiences. You need to start sharing your knowledge and creating experiences that stimulate your mind, body and soul and make you want to live in the present.

Dementia is a sign that you feel uncertain or insecure about your future and what you will do for the rest of your life. You have given up on changing your life into something that you want to live for. You need to take charge of your life and create what you want in order to look forward to your future.
Whiplash is a way of jolting you into awareness of 'where your head is'. In other words, your thoughts are distracting your from what you need to focus on in your present situation. You need to bring your attention back to the present so you can see the reality of your situation.
Your mind has insisted on controlling various aspects of your life which has caused immense mental pressure. This need to be in control arises because you have a lack of trust in yourself, others and/or your surroundings. You need to learn how to trust in order to feel secure and at peace within all areas of your life.
When your mind will not allow an outlet for your frustrations, you create an blockage of energy in and around the head. You need to relinquish control of your emotions by allowing yourself to express how you feel in a constructive way.
